COCA-COLA'S LASTING INVESTMENT
How the Decatur Coca-Cola Bottling Company strengthened their local school relationships through an impactful and intentional investment.

THE OPPORTUNITY
For organizations working with schools, relationships matter. Schools rely on trusted partners not just for products or services, but for support that helps their programs succeed. In competitive districts, the partners who stand out are the ones who find meaningful ways to invest in the schools and communities they serve.
Luke Davis of Coca-Cola Bottling Company United in Decatur was looking for a way to strengthen those relationships while delivering something schools could genuinely use.
THE INVESTMENT
This February, Coca-Cola Bottling Company United delivered three Huddlbox systems to local schools as part of an effort to strengthen relationships with key district partners.
One system was provided to Hartselle High School within Hartselle City Schools, where it will primarily support the football program.
Two additional systems were delivered within Decatur City Schools, with units placed at Decatur High School and Austin High School. These systems will serve multiple uses across athletics, events, and student activities.
Rather than a one-time gesture, the Huddlbox provides schools with a tool they can use regularly throughout the year for practices, events, and communication.
The delivery created a visible moment of investment while providing schools with equipment that supports their programs long after the initial partnership moment.
