Earn money by introducing Huddlbox to interested schools, teams, and organizations. You start the conversation and make the connection. Our team handles product questions, pricing, funding options, and follow-up.

You earn 8% of eligible Huddlbox product sales from your accepted referrals. Commission is paid only after the deal closes and Huddlbox receives the customer’s payment.

What Qualifies As a Warm Referral?

Before making an introduction, you must have:

• Discussed Huddlbox with the prospect.

• Confirmed their interest in learning more.

• Received their agreement to hear from our team.

Sharing contact information or suggesting someone we should cold call does not qualify.

How it Works

​

• Start the conversation - Identify someone who could benefit from Huddlbox and talk with them about their needs and interest.

• Make a warm introduction - Once they agree, send an introduction email connecting the prospect with sales@huddlbox.com. Include their organization, role, and a short summary of your conversation. Make sure the prospect is included in the email so our team can reply directly and continue the conversation.

• We handle the opportunity - We confirm referral eligibility, record your affiliate credit, and assign a rep to manage the sale. We’ll keep you updated on progress.

• Receive your commission - After an eligible sale closes and customer payment clears, we pay your 5% commission. Payments are processed monthly. Referrals and introductions alone do not earn a payout.

Commission Calculation

Commission is calculated on eligible product revenue after discounts. Taxes, shipping charges, and refunded amounts are excluded.

Referral Credit and Timing

• New opportunities qualify. A contact already in our database may qualify if your introduction creates a new opportunity. An active sales opportunity does not.

• The first accepted referral receives credit. If multiple affiliates refer the same opportunity, credit goes to the first accepted referral.

• Referrals remain eligible for 180 days. The window begins when Huddlbox accepts the referral, with extensions for opportunities that are still actively progressing.

Acceptance records who receives credit if the opportunity becomes a sale. Commission is paid only after the sale closes and customer payment clears.

Support from Huddlbox

We provide product information, customer examples, funding resources, and sample introduction messages. You don’t need to be a Huddlbox expert. Your role is to build interest and connect us with the buyer. Our team manages quotes and the sales process.
